Marcus Pollard

MARCUS POLLARD is a licensed attorney in North Carolina as well as the District of Columbia.

Before working with the Southern Coalition for Social Justice, Marcus worked with the Orange County Local Reentry Council advocating for fair housing and employment opportunities.

Marcus is also a Wounded Healers Board Member where he continues to fight for change in formerly incarcerated post-release legislation. He has been an NCBL member serving in the North Carolina Chapter since 2019 when the chapter was certified.

As a NCBL member Marcus has served as chapter treasurer and as a member of the national criminal justice section and has served on other committees within NCBL.
