The Washington DC Chapter of the National Conference of Black Lawyers, has been protecting human rights and liberating our people everywhere.

The National Conference of Black Lawyers D.C (NCBL-DC) is a chapter of the National Chapter of Black Lawyers, Inc..  We have been in existence since 1975 and have championed many causes including, but not limited to:

• Championing Texas Prisoner's Rights

• Filing a Human Rights Complaint with the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights in Geneva Switzerland.  

• Additionally, our members have jointly and individually championed causes to address the disparate treatment of our people and others disenfranchised.
