Dear NCBL Members, Friends, and Supporters,
This year, the National Conference of Black Lawyers celebrates 48 years of service to our community, advancing crucial human rights and justice issues! We are hard at work planning NCBL’s upcoming October 6-9, 2016 National Conference in Chicago, Illinois and excited about the important legal education series we are presenting here, the NCBL Law Enforcement Accountability Project (LEAP).
This year’s journal is in development and we are reaching out to you to request ads, salutes, &/or acknowledgements of the important work NCBL and its members are doing to advance the liberation of Black people through NCBL lawyers, law students, legal workers, and activists across the range of issues we face.
Table Sponsorship: We also encourage you to consider sponsoring a table at Saturday’s banquet (8 seats/at $50 each=$400). Feel free to donate any open seats for law students or community members who may not otherwise be able to attend. We will recognize your organization during the program if so.
Please respond as quickly as you can.
We would like to include your message, those of your clients, vendors and colleagues. Please take out an ad, and reach out to others by forwarding this request for program ads in the conference commemorative journal. The journal will be distributed widely and your message will receive exposure to many inside and outside our organization, as well as electronically via our website and social media.
